Terms and Conditions

All flights are subject to CAAF regulations, designated flight hours and weather conditions. This information is subject to changes by Elite Aviation without notice.

1.CLASS OF SERVICE

Elite Aviation provides a total of three air services but not limited to:

  1. SKYTOUR
  2. Courtesy Transfers
  3. VIP Transfers
  4. RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made via our website or any online booking agent. Bookings and payments can also be made to the Elite office or any allocated counters (Details of the office and the counters to be found on the website.

  1. DEPARTURE

Departure times will be specifically stated on the website or will be provided by the booking agent. Passengers are to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the time of departure to avoid any inconvenience.

  1. REFUND

If you cancel your booking, you may be entitled to a partial refund. In addition to the cancellation of terms and conditions of your Booking Agent, our standard fees will apply as may be outlined on your receipt or booking confirmation.

5.BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

SKYTOUR

The following items are permitted during the SKYTOUR flights:

             Fan overcoat wraps or blanket

             An umbrella or walking stick

             A lady’s handbag, lady’s pocketbook or lady’s purse

             A reasonable amount of reading matter for the flight

             A small camera and / or a pair of binoculars

             Infant’s carrying basket

             Infant food for consumption on the flight

             A fully collapsible invalid’s wheelchair and / or a pair of crutches and/or braces or other

             prosthetic device for the guest’s use provided that the guest is dependent upon them.

Courtesy Transfer

Baggage allowance for courtesy transfers per PAX are are specific and must be followed strictly.

VIP Transfer

For VIP transfers specifications need to be sent to Elite as our aircraft has a specific carrying capacity. Accordingly, a baggage allowance allocation will be sent to you to suit the specifications sent to us.

  1. PROHIBITED ARTICLES

For safety reasons, dangerous articles, such as Compressed gasses, Corrosives, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Radioactive material, Oxidising materials, Poisons and infections and other dangerous articles, must not be carried in baggage or in flight.

Smoking is not permitted on-board or within 30m of the helicopter.

7.UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the services provided by us. note for children over the age of four are permitted on board. Please note that the SKYTOUR is for guests aged four years and older.

8.INSURANCE

In the event of an incident, Elite Aviation has in place the following Insurances through Lloyds of London which covers;

(A) Hull “All Risks” Rotors in Motion / Rotors Not in Motion

(B) Aircraft Legal Liability in respect of Third-Party Bodily Injury and/or Property Damage

(inclusive of Passenger, Baggage and Cargo Liability)

  1. Entire Agreement and Severability Clause

These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between the parties in relation to its subject matter.

If at any time any part of these Terms and Conditions (including any one or more of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions or any sub-clause or paragraph or any part of one or more of these clauses) is held to be or becomes void or otherwise unenforceable for any reason under any applicable law, the same shall be deemed omitted from these Terms and Conditions and the validity and/or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not in any way be affected or impaired as a result of that omission.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of Fiji.
